1. What we collect
When you log in with Twitch, we receive your basic Twitch account identity (such as your user ID, display name, and login) and OAuth tokens that let us read and update your schedule. We store the stream schedule data you create or edit in Yan Scheduler, along with any images you upload for your posters. We do not ask for your password — authentication happens entirely through Twitch.
2. How we use your data
We use your data solely to provide the service: showing your schedule, syncing your changes back to Twitch, and rendering your export posters. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond running Yan Scheduler for you.
3. Storage & retention
Your account details, schedule data, OAuth tokens, and uploaded images are stored on our servers for as long as your account is active. If you stop using the service or request deletion, we remove your data. OAuth tokens are kept only as long as needed to keep your session working and are refreshed through Twitch as required.
4. Third parties
We share data with Twitch through the official Twitch API in order to read and update your schedule — that is the only third party your data flows to as part of normal use. We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising networks or third-party ad trackers on the app.
5. Cookies & sessions
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in after you authenticate with Twitch. It is used for authentication only — not for tracking you across other sites or serving ads.
6. Your rights
You can revoke Yan Scheduler's access to your Twitch account at any time from your Twitch account settings, which immediately stops us from reading or updating your schedule. You can also request that we delete your account and all associated data by emailing us; we'll action deletion requests promptly.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
