Refund Policy

1. Everything is free today
Yan Scheduler is currently free to use. The Free plan is free forever, and we do not take any payments at this time — so there are no charges to refund. This policy explains how refunds will work once paid subscriptions launch.
2. Upcoming paid plans
We plan to offer an Advanced plan at $5/month. It is not yet available, and no billing is active. When paid subscriptions go live, this policy will apply to those charges and we'll update it with any additional details specific to billing.
3. Cancel anytime
Once paid plans are available, you'll be able to cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
4. Refunds
If you're unhappy with a paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it on request. Charges older than 14 days are not refundable — cancel instead, and you won't be billed again. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service and its billing evolve. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
