1. Acceptance of terms
By logging in to Yan Scheduler with your Twitch account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Yan Scheduler lets you view and edit your Twitch stream schedule and export it as a shareable image. Changes you make in Yan Scheduler are synced to your Twitch schedule. The free plan includes schedule creation, landscape and portrait presets, and image uploads. Paid features may be offered in the future under separate terms.
3. Your Twitch account
We access your Twitch data through the official Twitch API with the permissions you grant at login: reading and updating your stream schedule. We never post to your channel, send chat messages, or act on your behalf beyond schedule updates you explicitly make. You can revoke access at any time from your Twitch account settings.
4. Your content
Images you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to render your posters. You are responsible for having the rights to any image you upload. We may remove content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, access other users' data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with Twitch. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
